The summer is heating up and so is the running scene in New York City. RUN NYC has a number of events and races to keep you on the move. Looking to train for a fall marathon? RUN NYC starts its 26.2 Training Program in July – with all runs tailored to meet your individual needs. In addition, the Run Like NYC Nike+ Challenge will be in full swing throughout the month, leading up to the NYC Half-Marathon presented by NIKE. That’s right, on July 27th, the streets of New York City will be taken over by thousands of runners, all looking to achieve their personal goals and run the race of a lifetime. Of course, there is also the NYC Half-Marathon Runner Experience (held in the atrium adjacent to Niketown NY) on Thursday, July 24th; Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th. Not only will you have the opportunity to pick up your packet for the race, but check out all the fun stuff in this year’s Runner Experience. Needless to say, July is going to be an exciting month and you can be a part of it thanks to RUN NYC.
