My Question: Who is Right?

First, don’t ever ignore the stress that heat presents to the human body. I vividly remember being in a human physiology class as an undergraduate and learning about various feedback loops, the key point being that the body does not like changes in internal temperature or blood pH; you’re body cannot work optimally if it’s 80 degrees outside, let alone 95 and 80% humidity. Similarly, there is a reason that so many people run PRs at the Stanford meets at night; the air is cool!
